Our collaborative work with Georgia Southern University’s RaMP MROC2S, funded by NSF, has been accepted for presentation at the 2025 AERA Annual Meeting. Titled “Designing postbaccalaureate training to enhance science self-efficacy, identity, sense of belonging, and critical environmental agency,” the abstract highlights early program impacts in understanding how science training programs can use inclusive mentoring to integrate diverse participants into the scientific workforce. We are excited to continue our collaborative efforts in exploring the critical environmental agencies that will enhance participants’ STEM identity!
