Our collaborative work with NC A&T’s LSAMP Bridges to the Doctorate Program, funded by NSF, has been accepted for presentation at the 2025 ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition in Montreal! Titled “LSAMP Bridges to the Doctorate (B2D): Implementation of a Holistic Graduate Student Development Model,” the abstract highlights early evaluation data showing a strong majority of B2D Scholars sustaining their passion for pursuing STEM professions. This achievement underscores the power of holistic support in advancing STEM pathways!
